The Long-tailed Weasels live in fields, woodlands, and suburban areas and can be found burrowing within fallen logs, rocks, and under structures. As their name indicates, they have long bushy tails. Long-tailed Weasels also have a muted-mustard coloration on their underside and a tan body. Their color may change due to shedding periods and geographical location. They are carnivorous eating small rodents.
