The Deer Mouse is a small rodent with large eyes and ears. The white underside contrasts with the orange-brown and grey body. While the Deer Mouse can be found in a wide variety of habitats, you can typically find them in prairies and woodlands. These mice are mostly nocturnal as they search for food and build nests at night.
