Bobcats can be found in dens within hollow trees, rock crevices, or thick vegetation within a range of different habitats including: forest, semi-deserts, mountains, and brush areas. The colorations of the Bobcat is distinct with brown and black patterning of spots, stripes, and unique markings and they can weigh between 8-33 lbs. As nocturnal animals, they hunt for rodents, rabbits, and other animals at night and are avid climbers.
