The Spotted Towhee does in fact have white spots along its black wings and it also has a burnt orange sides and white belly. The Spotted Towhee will eat a wide range of food ranging from insects, seeds, berries and crops. They live in dry habitats with lots of shrubs and forage for food on the ground.
